Regenerative approach for root coverage with platelet-rich fibrin: A case report

Gingival recession (GR) exposes the root surface and causes sensitivity, if left untreated it will lead to exposure with bone loss around teeth eventually more complex periodontal defect. There are numerous surgical interventions present in literature for treating gingival recession, Coronally advanced flap (CAF) surgery is one of most common procedures treatment. The Predictability treatment outcome can be increased by combining other regenerative procedures. platelet rich fibrin (PRF) preferred combine CAF. PRF prepared as membrane that contains constituents blood favours healing at site. In this case report we presenting Miller’s class II CAF PRF.
